My Background

Different I suppose, but self made from the start, for the first seven years after leaving school I was involved in farming and then moved into the Transport Industry and road haulage for 24 years from driver's mate to mature student at 35 and gaining a HND in Transport Studies and 5 years later setting up my own "truck driver training business" in 2000. Recently I had closed due to the current economic climate 11 months after losing my Mother and decided I wanted to get involved in community support work which is very rewarding and has brought a whole new fresh dimension to life, not to mention friends and training etc." Derby Telegraph Article June 03 2010" Different and hard start in life created woman of character.

A better choice for the elderly who deserve respect and concern not to be treated as a "package" or a way of making easy money.
